why do i have so much trouble playing cafe world?

When im on cafe world, it’s just so often that all of the sudden the people stop moving and my hard drive just starts grinding like crazy. sometimes it last for like 5 minutes where i can’t close out of cafe world, cant do anything during this and it extremely lowers my buzz rating. the other day i lost 24 on my buzz rating due to this. I opened up task manager and the cpu is almost always running at 90-100% when cafeworld is running and when it freezes like that, it drops down to like 7 and stays there, but as i type this, the cpu is at 7% and running fine. Maybe i’m looking at the wrong thing all together. Can someone help me out here?
you are not alone, it’s really bad if you are using Vista or Windows 7. I downgraded to XP and it runs much better. Also make sure you have the latest flash player installed. It seems that in the last few days they’ve also made some changes that make it load quicker but still having issues with it needing to refresh (at least the whole page doesn’t reload anymore!)
